Q: Why can't I select my size?

A: All of our pieces are made to order from a limited quantity of fabric stock, therefore we make everything to your measurements! Leave your hip, waist, under-bust and bust measurements in your order notes for your perfect fit. Alternatively, if you don't have a tape measure, please refer to our size guide here for standard garment sizing options.


Q: How long can I expect to receive my order?

A: As all of our garments are made to order and sewn to your measurements, please allow up to 14 weeks before shipment. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Items ship from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post. You can calculate your shipping times here.

Q: What does 'made to order' mean?

A: The term 'made to order' refers to the method by which we make the products as the orders come in, rather than holding bulk stock. This is a more sustainable, slow-fashion process to reduce both fabric and product waste. 

 

Q: How do I care for my Fitzpleisure lingerie?

A: Due to the delicate nature of our garments we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild, alcohol-free detergent, using your hands to gently rub. Lay your clean garments down on a towel to dry.
