How do I select my size?
All of our pieces are made to order from limited fabrics, therefore garments are made to individual measurements.
Provide your hip and waist measurements when ordering underwear, and your under-bust and bust measurements for bralettes. Please leave these details in your order notes for perfectly fitting lingerie. Alternatively, if you don't have a tape measure, please refer to our size guide here for standard garment sizing options.
How long can I expect to receive my order?
As all Fitzpleisure garments are made to order and sewn to your measurements, please allow up to 6 weeks before shipment. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Items ship from Melbourne, Australia, using Sendle for international orders and standard domestic postage. Australia Post is used for domestic express or signature on delivery orders. Once shipped, international orders generally arrive within 1-3 weeks, and domestic orders within 1-8 days.
What does 'made to order' mean?
The term 'made to order' refers to the method by which we make our lingerie. When you order a piece, we then make it especially for you, rather than selling pre-made garments. This is a more sustainable, slow-fashion process to reduce both fabric and product waste.
What is the difference between custom orders and shopping through the e-store?
Our e-store stocks our most popular pieces, and provides a catalogue for inspiration for ordering custom pieces from Fitzpleisure. Ordering custom lingerie requires reaching out via our enquiry form page, emailing us, or sending an Instagram dm to @fitzpleisure
This means you can select your own fabrics that may not be featured on our website, as our studio sources 100+ materials in different colours, prints and fabrics. We can customise the sizing, colour and material of most of our existing designs, but we do not make custom lingerie designs except on rare occasion. We specialise in curating bespoke pieces, because we want your lingerie to be as unique as you are.
How do I care for my Fitzpleisure lingerie?
Due to the delicate nature of our garments we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water with a mild, alcohol-free detergent, using your hands to gently rub. Lay your clean garments down on a towel to dry.
