PLEASE NOTE: Orders can take up to 6 weeks before shipping as Fitzpleisure pieces are made-to-order. Shipping times estimated listed below will be in addition to the order wait. All orders receive a confirmation email when shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within Australia usually take between 1-14 business days to be delivered
Tracked domestic postage is $9
Parcels are shipped via Sendle and are at default are shipped with authority to leave, meaning they DO NOT require signature on delivery and can be left on your premises or in your mailbox without ringing your door. Please leave a note at checkout if you require your parcel to be shipped with signature on delivery
Express postage is available at checkout and is shipped via Australia Post
Worldwide shipping
All orders are made and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. As a result, international orders may take longer to arrive. Most international orders arrive within 1-4 weeks. If you have not received your order 4 weeks after it has been collected by the shipment carrier, please contact fitzpleisure@gmail.com
Standard international tracked shipping to all countries outside Australia costs $20 AUD
Express Shipping
Within Australia, express postage is available for $15
International express postage is available via DHL and is between $45-$120 AUD depending on the country. DHL ships internationally within 1-2 weeks. Fitzpleisure is not responsible to cover any additional duties or taxes that may be charged upon delivery
